Hello all,
Need some good advice on how to transfer a property without having to cost a bomb from the stamp duty......
Senario:
10 years ago, I bought a double storey terrace (99yr lease hold) with my dad in Shah Alam. Currently I stay and work in Singapore and soon will become a Singapore citizen. I want to transfer my name out of this property.
1. Can I withdraw my name out of this property since it is fully paid?
2. If not, can I substitude my name with my mom or other siblings?
3. Can ex-Malaysian still hold on to this propety?
Please advise. |

Hi,
Of course you can hold the property even if you are not a malaysian anymore. The choice is on you whether to:-
1. Sell off the Property; or
2. To transfer it to your mom or your other siblings. _________________ Nasihat Jual Beli Rumah.. Kunjungi ..salsalim.blogspot.com |
