Why be led by the nose by agents. 230k is a min they're quoting. Willing buyer willing seller market. I sold mine higher with 2 car parks. But then i've always had a knack for selling at optimum. Must be lucky! _________________ Buy land, they're not making it anymore.

Depending on which floor, view & no. of covered carparks. Try opening at 250k min & let the agents work for their comm. Remember u're still liable to pay RPGT & bank penalty + agent's comm. Now generally accepted at between 250 to 260psf bank's valuation, add your own premiums for +1 covered carpark, flr & view. _________________ Buy land, they're not making it anymore.
