Time to update again!!! But I didnt bring camera so just word description only.
There is really a lot of changes since last visit. There is quite a number of show house available at the moment. Semi D, double story, single story and etc.
20X70 SSL is selling at RM270k
20X60 DSL is selling at RM335k
32X70 Semi D is selling at 520k
The new SKVE interchange is completed. Drive thru to Pulau Indah & Putrajaya is very convenient.
The developer even said Mydin & Carefour is coming up... School is uncertain yet.
I am still renting and holding and seeing..... |

Just to wrap this up. I sold my units in Bandar Suajana Putra for RM250k after renting for 3 years.
When I bought at 2005, its 150k
15k for 10% Down payment
6 year later gross profit 100k,
Gross profit around 11% per year base on House value.
Gross profit around 111% per year base on 15k downpayment.
