The last 5 days were terrible days for klse traders, CI dropping over 40 points. Many weak holders for LBS would have been flushed out from the market. If you could notice, this counter was quite resilient for the last 5 days, holding up its recent gain, today it managed to peaked at 82 cts. For those who wanna make a quick buck, can still jump in for some contra gain. I am expecting another ride on LBS soon.

It's cheaper to buy LBS than to buy a unit in Bandar Saujana Putra. However, trade with caution. It is a hit and run trading for this counter now.

My call is that it will reach Rm1 by March.
Lets revisit this thread then.
I recommend this stock not because of frying it, because i felt confident about the company base on their recent activities, ethics and sell thru.

Hello WB in the making,

Just curious to know whether u want to revise your projection?

As of today, LBS closing quoted price is RM0.635, which translates to 36.5% shortfall from Koth's projection.

Condolences to those naive people who have acted based on Koth's advice.

However, please learn something though you lost money, most of the time this is how a scam starts. The singalingam might have thrown his share in the market while these innocent peoples buying.

Of corse no fault on Koth, no one can blame another one for own stupidity.

Congrate Koth!

Update, Another major highway, SKVE interchange almost completed in BSJ. New launch 20X70 330k up and going.....
But still got some empty house in the old launches. Rent has went up to RM700 for 15X55 double storey unit.
More people now, but notice that there is some porthole not filled by the Kuala Langat council..... Buck up men.

I visited the place yesterday. SKVE completed oredi and with interchance right at BSJ. Next time got time must thry the highway and see where it goes.

The 2 storey shops is 30% completed and more activities now. School location has been confirmed, but i am not sure when it will be comopleted.

Non the less, new launch 330k is a bit too much to my liking. THere is still vacant house avaialble and can be a cheaper option, bt need some money la to renovate because those would have been left vacant for like 4 years now.

My tenant still the same 1st person. No complain especially when the new house price now is at such dizzy state. If he will to spend 330k to buy a new house, the interest alone is RM1100 so he is very happy on the RM600 rent now and pay promptly every month. Tot of increasing the rent but see first la........Security is ok aside petty theft.....

Lastly from my purchase price of RM140k in 2004, by 2010, the house is value at RM200k by the banker, which translate to 60k increase or 10k per year = 7.14% appreciation per year....

New SKVE cuts travel time by 30 minutes

PETALING JAYA: The South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) leading to Saujana Putra will officially be opened to motorists from tomorrow and will be toll-free for a month.

Works Minister Datuk Shaziman Abu Mansor said the opening of tomorrow’s section would help reduce traffic congestion along the Damansara–Puchong Highway (LDP) heading towards Putrajaya.

“It is expected to cut peak hour travel time from the B15/LDP interchange to Bandar Saujana Putra or the Putra Heights area from 40 minutes to 10 minutes,” Shaziman said in his speech read by ministry secretary-general Datuk Thomas George who opened the second section, known as Section 1B yesterday.

The 51.7km dual-carriageway is divided into four sections and is expected to be completed by 2012.

The first 7.95km stretch that starts at the Uniten interchange in Bangi is toll free, and had been open for several years.

The Section 1B stretch which opens tomorrow is 12.04km long, and ends near the SKVE Saujana Putra interchange. It is a stone’s throw away from the Elite Highway that leads to Nilai, KLIA, USJ, Putrajaya and Shah Alam to name a few.

The third stretch heads towards Teluk Panglima Garang. It is 12.96km long and would be completed next year.

I was just remarking to my gf who coincidentally is a flight attendant after i picked her up from the airport the day before, that it would be great place for KLIA airline staff to stay as we were driving by. And she said a curt "NO!"
