Any1 vested yet? saw d advert in papers lately! i oso went 2 d site yesterday, progress quite good as the pillars have oredi come up!

Location: Opposite Pasar Borong Selangor in SK
Developer: Lebar Daun
Price Range: RM415K to RM700K
Land Tenure: Leasehold 99 Years

Seri Kembangan area is pretty happening now...so many ongoings like 16-Sierra, Garden City Mall by MyFM DJ, Naza Dualis, etc etc. Plenty of facilities nearby like Jusco, Giant, Maybank, McD, District Police Station, Alice Smith Horse Riding & International School, etc.

Size so kecik! But price so besar! Shocked LEASEHOLD some more! I hate LEASEHOLD.

gone r d days when u can c new landed priced below RM400K around KV.

SK is no posh residential area but look at d price now! I bet if BK were 2 launch new 20 x 70 DSL's d price wud not be less than RM680K i believe.

juz look at Setia Alam's 20 x 70 DSLs priced RM600K upwards.

our meagre salaries could now afford only peanuts Crying or Very sad
