Hope not too late.. For pest control, try NLC nlc.com.my. They're a bigger and more established local company. I think they give free inspection.

Sanitation and proper waste management plays a big role in eradicating pests. We must practice cleanliness and orderliness in our place. A clean and healthy environment cannot be a shelter or breeding ground of pests and insects.termite carpenter ants

Try dumping your waste bag every morning... and try to clean some part of your kitchen... get some pest control program in your city... or take some advice from your trusted store for what name you should try on pest control....

I have very BAD experience with this company called Golden Pest Control.

The Sales Person AKA the owner very efficient ..die die want to come to our place for FOC site recee even am just "asking" and still considering. Because of his is so efficient and look reliable, we have no second thought to ask another pest control company to quote anymore- as we think the price are not much different with other supplier anyway..

The NIGHT MARE happens when he has NEVER turn up anymore after received payment during the first site recee, only assign one Malay staff to do the service, that is still fine..but the worst NIGHT MARE is his promise is EMPTY, the price he quoted for our package is suppose to be very powerful termite control but at the end I found out he is CHEATING.

As my job is very busy now, I will tell everyone more details on this weekend- I will scan out his advertisement for everyone aware which company is this, how he has receive payment, what his staff does for service, late turning up, then call the owner, the owner NO follow up, not turn up anymore after receive downpayment, give me a RM200-300 worth of termite control which cannot cure the problem but charges us more than thousand for it, which he mention will definitely solve the problem!!

Beware of his advertisment at the STAR & Chinese news paper, the Advertisiment is also very FAKE, say it is all done by professional "si fu", and a list of phone number for us to call...but it is all FAKE, all the phone line direct to ONE number, his number, give you wrong impression that their company looks like so big and so profs, located at Menara Keck Seng.

I am now definitely going to CONSUMER TRIBUNAL for this.

Before you engage termite control service, avoid this company, you paying thousands... but you get NUTS.
