Thanks for the welcome.

hmm....i got the feeling that some owners will have dog as well hehehe... Very Happy hopefully management can consider it as long as we maintain cleanliness at our areas and also to teach our dogs not to bark. Does anyone in this forum have furkids?

Btw, I'm looking at 9-3(B) which is the bumi lot. price was 282k and got 8% rebate. wish me luck!! Very Happy

You meant that bumi lots are release for sell? It is luck to get bumi lot since others start from 12th and over 300k.

Yup...i think go few bumi lots left...when i was there, there's 2 unit below 300k 1 is mine and the other one 13-9 if im not mistaken and others 300k above. The price im getting is after 5% rebate. Very Happy

I'm new here... please advice if any unit available now? from developer. heard that they will release the bumi unit for sell? leasehold or freehold?

Now comparing Alam Puri with First Residence, Kepong.

any comment for First Residence? 930sqft-RM252k, 1074sqft-RM262k
maintenace fees: RM0.25
lease hold.

I did called developer today. units left is 12th floor and above seilling at 280k after 8% discount.
Bumi units is all sold out.

Will this consider expensive when you convert to RM/sqft?

i thought bumi already release for sale since royvellentino just bought it last week.

Make your self visit to show unit and sales office to conclude worth or expensive. Cool

hey guys.

Last Sun i just visited the show room. The sales guy told me that the condo going be ready by year end. Hopefully Zalam can deliver as what they promised. Currently only 22 units left.

whoa. last time they use to be very hardworking, even 12am i still see workers paying hardwork, spotlight all around.
but recently seems slow down already. dont really think can make it by year end.

yes it is slow down without night construction work since couple of months ago. however, quality is always more important to speed Cool as long as it deliver on time. BTW, it is still feasible that delivery could happen early of next year base on the remaining construction to go.

hi all, just went to the sales office today to pay deposit for water and electricity, rm460. also received another billing of 5%. balance 5% + 5% to go.
thanks farah sharing the photo. seems like very similar with what we saw in the show unit.
the guy in the show unit says this project will complete by end of this month ...then will apply CF, so when we can get our key is depend on how fast the gov react.
got 7 units left and 6 of it is on 19th floor, selling at 300k after 8% discount.

Hi all Alam Purians, I'm new here. I drop by the sales office this afternoon because my wife wish my kid could goto the school next to it. There are 7 units available but the only 1 that I consider is on 19th flr facing North East. The size is 1011sqft with 2 car park, price is 310k after 8% discount according to the salesperson. Can somebody advice whether this price is ok? Sound kind of expensive to me (300/sqft). Wonder how much the developer has mark up since launch? 10-15% is reasonable but I feel that this price is 30% higher now am I right?
