Just some small information on this project. I drove to the site 2 nights ago, it is currently still vacant with some ground works commencing. Quite a spacious plot of land just before the traffic lights turning left into Jln Raja Chulan towards Bukit Bintang. Location wise, not too bad....it is the best plot along Jalan Tun Razak. It's good to note that the Kuwaiti and Indon embassies are not looking too shabby next to it as well. Very Happy

Now, the interesting thing to note about this project is that the developer is offering to absorb all interest charges for the entire duration that it is under construction. That means, no bank payments at all for the buyers for the whole 3 years till handover. I guess this is good for those who are a little cashflow tight but wish to invest in KLCC area. Buyers are also offered 3% discount on current asking prices. It is roughly about RM550 pers sf, for built-up sizes from 498sf - 1088sf. Pretty affordable prices. Views from Balcony include KLCC view and RSGC view. They also have the not so favourable Sungai Besi view la. Wink I still have not seen the show unit yet, so perhaps I can update more when I see it.
