Dear All,

Who are interested to take loan for refinancing, new purchase from developer or sub-sale. Here are the good news.

We are now offering 90+5% for Malaysian. As for foreigner we are giving 80% for loan below 750k & 85% for above 750k. 90% can be approved if you are foreigner but with Singapore PR.

The current rate we giving is BLR - 2.40% for loan amount above 600k, if the property are completed to loan above 600k or 1 mil for under construction rate are negotiable.

Hello there,

Can you please advise on refinancing of existing property for cash out purposes:

Property: Green Acre Park Condominium, Bandar Sg Long, Kajang
Built-up: 1012 sqft
Current Outstanding Loan: RM105,000 (Hong Leong Bank)
Owner's Current Age: 40 years old

Please advise what is the maximum refinancing loan that may be obtained. Flexibility and zero moving cost is a criteria.
