Actually there is littel bit differnce in both.
Serviced apartments are gradually emerging as the most trendy place, it is used in to stay for both corporate and leisure travelers. We can say it is a rental facility as example a hotel. The serviced apartment is a building of apartments.
Now the apartments they are generally owned by private owners given to a management company. They do not have the usual apart hotel facilities. _________________ m3 real card |

Acyually both Apartments and Service Apartments are the same. The difference is that Apartments are built on Non-Commercial land and Service Apartments are built on Commercial Land. So you could expect a bit higher rate in yearly assesment (Higher tax).
Be careful if buying Service Apartments under construction as Service Apartments are not bind with normal housing law. If they delay the project or abandon the project, it's quite hard to get help from Local Housing Authority (or whatever it call). Usually they don't show any license number, approval number, price range etc in their brochures.
In terms of value appreciation, you could expect a higher appreciation in Service Apartments compared to normal Apartments. |

If you are thinking about arranging a holiday or business trip and need to keep costs down without sacrificing quality, then serviced apartments could be the ideal solution. A serviced apartment is essentially a residential property which is rented in a similar way to a hotel room. _________________ Real Estate Moorpark |

Quality makes a big difference for all types of rods.
A few common sense things would be over all sensitivity, durability, and flexibility. All of these play a major part when it comes to detecting bites, hook sets, casting, and life of a rod.
A lot of cheap rods are like fishing with a steel pipe. If you have no backbone in a rod, you simply won't get good casting distances or hook sets. If you do happen to get a solid hook set, a cheap rod can break rather easily, I've seen it happen.
A cheap rod can quite honestly make fishing nothing more than a headache. Invest into a decent rod, and you will get much more enjoyment out of it.

No, only Anniversary and Track models in 2005 got the Revup engine, the rest got the normal VQ. All of 2006 models got the Revup however. Then in 2007 they all recieved the new VQ35HR.'

In the United States and Canada, some residents of the apartments have their own apartments, either as co-ops, in which the residents own shares of a company that owns the building or development. They are called apartments (using the American term) rather than homes because people think there is a difference and builders can go for a price 10-15% higher calling accordingly. |
