Hi everybody,
Ucapan salam utk semua rakan2 jade terrace!
Saya bakal menghuni rumah di No. 2A Jalan 2/6.... 
Nak tanya, berapa korang kena bayar untuk lawyer fee. Ingat nak cari lawyer yg boleh bagi murah sikit. Kebanyakan saya tanya dalam 5K++. Any suggestion? |

hahhaha, mcmmcm perasaan tatkala tunggu dlm nak dpt kunci ni kan...i punye everithing dah ok tapi still takleh submit ke land opis sbb jmland tak forward cukai tanah n pintu with ind title kat lawyer...tapi jmland quite consider, i ada write in mntk masuk awal, dia ckp klau kitchen kabinet siap dis week, next week dia kaisk kunci
so tungguuuu
n satulagi, jmland kata kita kena bayr cukai pintu n tanah start dr trikh snp ...so ada dlm 166 kena byr. |

Diana tu bdk bank. Loan agmt tu dia yg prepare utk bg lawyer. Lawyer mmg la yg sama tp kne push bank utk prepare agmt tu cepat sket. Kat lawyer proses nye 2weeks je. Dah la nk dkt raye cina nih, lawyer cuti seminggu beb. Pepehal pon lepas raye je laaa....  |

sabar tu satu hal, time tu satu hal...bulan februari kkan byk cuti...so kalau dpt kunci b4 CNY, boleh la gunakan cuti yg ada tu buat apa yg patut kat rumah tu kan..dah la cutipanjag time tu ...kire taget by cuti sekolah bulan3 nanti, just nice la kalau nak pindah semua...anak2 pun cuti snang nak setelkan pertukaran sekolah bagai ...

try la tanya provided semua dah inorder dulu which is renovation works completed and on yr part, letter of undertaking dr bank pun dah dpt ...cuma tunggu nak htr ke land opis jek ..so diorg consieder la nak kasik. |

cimb oficer just kol my hubby
they told yg kitaorg kena byr addtional cost for MRTAA b'cos of lodging ??
any one ade xprience tak pasal ni? kenapa ada additional cost sdgnkan kita dah byr mrt olmos 15K
byk jugak nak kena byr , dlm 3.6K
tolong advise yer..ada cara tak kalau taknak byr? |

Setakat nie takde lagi bank call pasal lodging tu. Qistina ambil ngn CIMB branch mana?
Anyway lodging tu apa yea? Takde pulak loan officer tu cakap pasal extra payment. Kecuali Lawyer Fee + Valuation Report. |
