betul tu, sy pun puas kejar lawyer, mula2 kejar snp, pastu kejar utk cop matikan stem..matikan setem pun ambik masa seminggu....rasa mcm sy nak tolong bawak document g matikan jek ..hehhe
pastu kejar utk sign bank agrement...now ni lawyer kata takleh submit utk stamp duty lagi sbb MOT develepoer tak sign lagi....ayoooo
letih la nak kejar mengejar ni |

Attached Jln baru yg akan dibuka (sebelah kiri gambar) bila guard currently ditutup kalau tak silap maklumat yg sy terima
Bakal menjadi jalan baru untuk laluan ke bukit angkat dan laluan masuk ke JT (tambahan info)

Qistina, I nye lawyer developer & Lawyer Bank adalah lawyer yg sama..guna 1 lawyer je. Hrp2 proses cepat sket la kan..hehe. Tp klu nk lg cepat mmg nk kena kejar gak kot..hahaha...
Ptg td ada sembg ngan agen summerfield taw, dia kata dlm sebulan dua bru sume settle..bru dpt amek kunci. Hmm...last Friday i gi sana tgk kat lorong 2/6 hampir sume rumah dh psg parking tiles. Kat 2/2 ramai dh duduk tp mcm ramai cina. Tp lorong umah sy kat 2/5 tu..1 pon lom pindah lg...ni yg sedih nih!..Semua tgh main kejar2 lawyer lak nih..haha
Psl PC tu, Teong kata 4K termasuk wiring tp mentol kne bli sdri..huh!! |

Anyway. Ada sesiapa dapat SMS dari agent? SMS camni :
Di samping bayaran stamp duty kepada peguam, pembeli perlu membayar JM LAND SDN BHD, baki deposit, security dah deposit api/air seperti berikut :
Baki deposit Corner unit RM 9,000, Intermediate unit RM 4,000. Security RM1,200 (RM 600 akan di pulangkan kemudian).
Deposit api/air RM643. Jumlah Corner unit RM 10,843, Intermediate unit RM 5,843.
Aku muskil skit bab api/air tu....dulu agent takder cakap perkara ni. Cuma cakap pasal security and baki deposit je.

qistina,awak pakai bank mane?semalam sy call bank rupe2nye tak forward letter offer lagi kat lawyer utk proceed loan agreement.huh mengamuk sy.patut 2 minggu lps sain letter offer,ni dah sebulan  |

api air tu betul rm643.mahal kan?rase teres2 lain dlm 3 ratus lebih je kot.sy terlebih eksaited dah terbyr deposit api air tu,sbb terlebih mase byr deposit.kalo die mintak lagi mau kene sekeh  |

dear aswandi,
mengenai bila api/air agen ada bagitahu kami.
dan balance rm5,XXX (kami book immediate at jalan 2/3a) pun telah diberitahu.
ikutkan kami masih menimbang2 nak proceed dgn rumah ni ke tidak. bukan disebabkan rumah, rumah ok, lokasi pun not bad, cuma bila pikirkan anak2 sekolah, kami rasa nak withdraw dulu.
tapi, tadi call cimb, loan pun belum dikey-in di dalam system. saya dah submit loan pada 23/12 lagi...............
if anything still goes according the plan (that we buy the house), insyaAllah kita akn berjumpa. kalau tak saya kenal kawan2 kat sini saja lah. |

Sy rs byran deposit air api tue mcm normal ajer. Cuma sy ada satu soalan. Mana satu tangki air yg membawa masuk bekalan air pd Jade Terrace?
Tangki yg besar dan cantik di jln masuk bertulis Jade Hills atau tangki puncak utama yg buruk benor kat simpang ke rumah hantu?? |

Mak aiihh...tetiba banyak feedback...hehehe..
OK bab api/air setel. Bukan apa ..terkejut je..sebab tak diberitahu.. atau aku terlepas dengar.
Bab guard house buruk tu..aku rasa temporary je..sementara nak siapkan jalan masuk utama..Nanti dorang buat yang baru la kot..kalau tak buat..kita suruh Ketua penduduk (kirabuluberuang) sound dorang la.
Lajie : aku pun booking jalan 2/3a.
Anyway aku masih menunggu LO dari EON Bank. And tetiba Public Bank call nak bagi offer lain... and still tunggu feedback dorang. Cam siot je...ada la sebulan dah tunggu.. Kang kalu aku dah fed up dah kang.... aku pinjam Ah Long je....hehehehe
Bab tangki air tu...aku rasa kita share sekali ngan JADE HILL punya...memandangkan satu JADE HILL tu dulu JM Land punya...cuma dia dah jual pada Gamuda untuk projek rumah mewah...and dia amik sikit je tanah untuk projek Jade Terrace.
Same goes dengan jalan masuk depan tu nanti.
Bab rumah hantu tu...nanti aku nak propose kat seekers suruh buat pengambaran kat situ.. |

Hi kawan2..
last time, kami (my brother and my wife) ada book 3 unit... tapi macam biasalah, masa nie la baru je nampak offer2 lain utk rumah for area around Putrajaya. So maybe nak drop 1..
Then gitu gini gitu gini.. sekarang macam nak drop 2, and amik 1 je.. so consider nih mcm pre-iklan, i.e. ada lagi unit yg boleh ditengok-tengok.
But haven't told sommerfield yet..
You can check out 21 jln 2/1, 22 jln 2/2 and 20 jln 2/2... |
