CONGROTULATIONS!!!
You have finally managed to get rid of your UNIT for RM 295,000/- and now you are going for the Kill of the second one . All those repeated Pin Board Adverts finally paid off , and you know what ? They were all for free !!
My own view is that if you waited a little longer say for another one or two months the sell price would have improved even better but then again you could have your own personal reasons to proceed with the sale as quickly as possible . Can you share some of those Unclassified reasons with us ??! You never know they could come handy and help some of us in formulating any impending decision . REGARDS .

I managed to talk to the contractor that day when I pass by the site. The guy told me that they decided to fix the glass door at the toilet. Not sure how true it is, but I just want to inform you guys.
Hopefully we can get the key soon... |

Yeah,
it is confirmed that we will have a Glass Sliding door at the entrance of the bathroom...
and one more thing is someone offer close to 300K for my unit on 18 Floor, so attractive, but I plan for my own stay...don't know what to sell it and then search for other place or keep it...
anyone know when can we get the key? |

I called a "Mr. Sau" (apparently the developer) last Saturday to ask for the update. He told me that they are currently waiting for the CF, and all fixtures and furniture have been installed in all units except the TV. He said that almost half of the units have the TV and the rest will have the TV moved in by end of this month.
According to him, estimated key delivery is mid-Oct. All PR owners, let's keep our fingers crossed and hopefully we will get it by then.

I have been very busy in the last month or so plus the fact that this is the holy month of fasting for people of my faith , however,I could not just keep quite without expressing my joy to hear that primarily of two issues that were addressed several times in the past on this Forum and I am delighted to hear of the good news that was passed to all of us and that is a) Sliding door being installed at the Bathroom Entrance !! b) The delivery of the Units is schedule sometime in mid Oct.
If what has been stated is absolutely correct I can only say to the Developer well done , they have exibited their sincere understanding and above all shown their profesionalism in alliviating the concerns of many of us had on the issue in question and I have nothing to say to the Developer except "merci boku".

It has been sometime now since your last follow up comments on this forum. Were you hibernating ??!
Yes ,there have been some positive developments on the key issue of the Bath Room entrance door , thanks to all those Guys who quitely persued it with the Developer but more so thanks to the Developer whom I think have been wonderful to consider this issue positively and at this junture they do deserve tramendous praise.

Property agent told me that the dev is about to start handing out keys to owners batch by batch. I would expect by this month all owners should receive?
Btw, received so many sms & calls from agent recently... seems a lot hotter than my last property. |

Thx for the photos.
The toilet is inside the bathroom so if the bathroom has door then i think it's fine. Before this i thought there is no door at all.
As for the fridge seems its same size as the original gallery shown on

Take the virtual tour and pay attention when the angle reach the living room's wall rack. |

| Kitmel, It is a 2 door fridge in the picture from the showroom. But in the actual unit, it is a 1 door fridge. I saw the actual unit last week when I went for a visit. |
