|
|
I am looking forward to buy a town house in Prima Court, Kemensah (gated community) and I have a small dog at home. My dog is a house dog that will only stay in-house at all time.
I know dogs are not allowed in apartments or condo (in which i think generally it says one pet per unit or something like that). Only thing is, dogs do bark, but what about cat owners? cats roam freely and also pee or poo at common places. Whereas dogs are only kept in the house.
Afterall, a townhouse is still considered as a house and houses can have dogs right?
I am not sure if i am allowed to have a dog in a townhouse. Kindly advise.
Thanks in advance! |

It is nice to have your pet on your own place. But you before doing this, you have to make sure that your landlord permits that. Cuz if you are not aware of any of the rules, then your poor doggie will stay away from the place you live. _________________ home security systems

Hi...........,
I take my dog to Townhouse for grooming and boarding several times a year. I'm very happy with their professionalism about food and medication, and have been perfectly happy with their reservation system. She always seems glad to see them, so I'm confident that they're kind to the dogs in their care. _________________ vancouver condominium |

I've asked around about that, whether dogs are allowed in townhouses.
Some say they do like Zenia and Adiva townhouses in Desa Park City, and some don't. As long as your pet doesn't disturb and irritate the neighbors then its fine, I suppose. Generally most do, hopefully the occupancy rate in the building/area is mostly chinese/indians. Sorry if I'm being racist but its true. _________________ Live life to the fullest |

i have come across that they do allow pets, but it is always better to check with the landlord before you proceed so that it may not lead you into trouble in the future _________________ Volkswagen

Anything which is not disturbing others is not wrong. It depends upon the houseowners that allow pets or not. _________________ cosmetic dentist bolton |
