RM4000 for fees of sale and purchase agreement or loan? Deed transfer? what do u mean? Deed of Assignment or Memorandum of Transfer?

Property is selling at RM207000 (completed,newly developt)

Disbursement:
Adjudiction:RM10
Stamp Duty on Transfer (estimated only):RM3100
Registration fees on memorandum of Transfer:RM320

Printing charges:RM20
Misc:RM50

Total :RM3960

Bill for Housing loan
Housing loan:RM207765

Charge document:RM1538.82
Service Tax:RM76.94

Disbursement:
Bankruptcy search:RM10
Land search:RM30
Photocopy,telephone calls,courier and postage:RM150
Transport chargesRM150

Is the above right?

By Perfection of MOT, I am presuming that you have bought this property quite sometime ago and now the Title is already issued. Considering this is correct, your bill for it and loan are OK.
