I need some feedback on the status of the surau reserved land at the intersection of Jalan 3/149K and Jalan 8/149K at Zone N, Sri Petaling.

I'm still contemplating in purchasing a house along Jalan 8/149K which is directly facing the open field which has a 'surau reserve' on it.

As the whole area is predominantly occupied by chinese, building a surau on that small piece of land will definitely bring down the value of the houses there.

Secondly, Zone N has its own security where access to it is via one entrance only. If the surau is built, then security will be deemed useless as any muslims would be going to the surau to perform their prayers or other surau activities.

Thirdly, traffic in Zone N would be jam packed looking at the single route which is for entry/exit.

Please advise on the current market rate for houses at Jalan 8/149K, if any. Advisable to purchase?
