Hi all,
I have 2 questions;
1)
I woud like to know what is the professional standard if say I made a refferal to a realestate agent and if the deal is successful, am I entitled to a refferor's commission? If so, what would be the industry standard rate?
2)
If I see a nice property and I would like to know if it is availaible for sale or rent, what would be the best way to find out?
Do I mail drop an inquiry? or?? |
