im looking for a parcel of disused land to lease/buy for a tourisim/local recreation project, my critereria is below

1, must be close to the out skirts of KL, say , no more than a RM20 taxi ride.

2, size of around 1 kilometer square, the size can be adjusted up or down

3, the terraine must be hilly and wooded, preferably with stream or small river

these are the basic criteria... does anyone one know of such land or where I can go to find information on such?
