Hey everyone,
Would really need a favor from everyone who knows of any place to rent in either one of these 3 area, Cheras/Kajang/Seri Kembangan. Looking at rental between RM500 to RM900. I was looking at Casa Villa in Kajang, seems like a nice place. Any comments on this? Looking at renting starting June or July this year. Please help and thank you in advance! |

1) I got 2 units in tmn bkt serdang seksyen 11.2 and 1/2 storey link house 2169sf , very big. There are 5r/5b. No need mantainance fee. RM900/month.
2) Apartment-pangsapuri bayu, basic-2fans/light, 3r/2b, 1 parking lot, swimming pool, guard. The mantainance fee i check when u want to see. RM600/month.
3) Condominium at juta mines-opposite the mines. 3r/2b. 901sf. Full furnished, just transfer and can stay.RM 1300/month.
I suggest u take the link house coz got lots of rooms and bathrooms..And got a road to access to astro-sg besi-puchong. |

| Hi in cheras there is still lots of places rent... now puncak banyan near UCSI college easy access to serdang also kajang...24 hrs security, swimming pool,new condo, near super market , cafeteria,banks... rental ard rm 800. jz let me know if u stil interested. 014-3223220 |
