hi again,
I first sent a letter personally to Mayland telling them to look into my calculations of LAD if it is accurate. Then i got a reply together with an architect's letter which dated January 08. They are claiming that they got an extension for completion date. When i spoke to person incharge, he said they're not paying up and that the reason for Late Delivery is an 'act of God'. I already lodged a report at the Housing Tribunal. What about you?

Good morning ! glad to hear from u again ! what did the housing tibunal said about this case. i ' m considering to pass this case to a lawyer. but it is better to call some of the owners to join for the case so that it will work better. i met a owner last few days , she told me that there might be a meeting among the owners to discuss n this issues since the developer refused to paid for that. would u want to join us for the meeting if the meeting venue and time confirmed.

There was a meeting among the owners by the pool side of 7th floor on last Sunday. I attended it, though i missed the first half of it. A committee has been formed, and I have just forwarded the email to you.

Essentially, there are three prone attacks agreed by the owners present: first, to issue a formal legal letter representing all the owners present to Mayland; secondly, to contact the MP /Minister in charge; thirdly, to invite the press for our next meeting. Each of us have also contributed a petty cash of RM 50 to the committee to carry out all the abovementioned actions.

Also, some of the owners have filed a separate claim at the Housing Tribunal, of which the earliest would be heard sometimes this week.

I own a unit in Windsor, and was told i will be getting my keys within this next 2 weeks. I too have LAD claims (12 months). Am hoping to join with other owners to fight for our LAD claims as i was told by their legal department that Windsor owners too will very likely NOT be getting paid thier LAD.

I am a windsor purchaser too. I had bad experience ith them when I bought mayfair and Plaza Damas office lot. This group of HongKist has very bad workmanship as well as not ethical. Regret buying their properties.

Spould have concentrated in Sunrise projects.

Take a look at Mayland's track record. Boycott them in the future
