Hey Shan,
Hahahaha, me too.. Razz

when me and my bf went there lastime, we also went into the show house to see see look look sit sit.. well, like i said earlier, if we want to renovate exactly like the showhouse, it's going to cost about ~30-40k (excluding furniture and electrical appliances)... Rolling Eyes

but anyway, we still have 2 years to go, maybe 2.5 years, coz it will be completed in Oct 2010 rite.. after u get the key, inspect, reno, etc, it's going to be CNY 2011 already.. so it's about more than 2 more yrs to go.. by that time, guess renovation style and design have changed la.. Laughing

but good also, now we get idea 1st hor Cool

Some of my friends went there and said the progress which is quite fast...which we believe that will take less than 2 years for progressive time..

Any updates? Seems a bit quiet here..anybody went to the show house or did any bookings? The last time i went, there was still about 20+ units left in Block A.. what about now? Sold out all already? Very Happy

Hi Louiz,
I taken HSBC smart step up plan. Already sign the loan offer on last week as well.
HSBC offer the rate is the best among the other bank. So i decided to take HSBC. Very Happy
