Quite a lot of ppl buying type Y... 1301 sqt....

did anyone think that 2nd carpark is worth for RM9000...

Also.. when I shop there at night.. I found almost all shop are closing.. and not much ppl walking the road....

Yaya >> Yes, Type Xc and Type Y were the fastest selling... Regarding the 2nd car park, I believe quite a number of us here in the forum opted to purchase the 2nd car park, esp those who are young couple and those with families. U can either pay up front or include the RM9K inside your loan amount.

Actually the promo car park price of RM9000 ends today. Starting from tomorrow, it will go up to RM10,800.

yaya >> the increase will be a gradual one, now it's going up only to RM10,800 but as villa park develops (and later with the launch of the second block), so too will the price. if you're thinking of which unit to buy and on which floor, 8th floor is fully taken up and majority of the buyers seem to be around mid-height (7-10). type z would give you a view of the forest behind (though that might be a turn off for some cos these tend to get developed sooner or later), type x would give you a view of the facilities and the established housing area you go through to get there and type y faces tpm. think the place has a lot of things going for it (refer to earlier posts). whatever your decision, don't get pressured into anything, as you would be the one living there. good luck!

IMO the second car park price at RM9000 is quite reasonably. It is not easy to get this price compared to other condo projects

hey john, thanks for the update, didnt realize that there is a communication tower

communication tower is on tpm land (see the pics i posted earlier) - doesn't look that near to us. and for someone on the 17th floor, don't think it'll pose much of a problem - view-wise. would have gone for a higher floor but the type y only goes up to 14th floor - like being at higher floors (unit would be brighter and breezier).

i've only been there twice, first was at night after i booked the unit, basically it was too dark to see anything. the second time was the official launching where i was too excited to head to the show room, again, didnt observe anything, sigh...
