thanks rina - not sure if want to rent out, don't think i'd be able to juggle payment for two properties.
but anyway, does anyone have the contact of the ambank rep for villa park? am going to make a last ditch attempt at getting a decent loan rate for myself otherwise will settle for the bank which gave me the not-too-great offer. thanks in advance!  |

do you guys use yahoo? don't have msn on comp. please add me, would be good to keep updated with villa park progress, and get to know neighbours better  - nurjmo @ yahoo . co . uk
tsk - don't want to mention the name of the bank but it's the one with the least favourable rates on paper (think someone posted a comparison of all the panel bank rates on page 9 of this thread). looks like your my immediate downstairs neighbour, howdy. what banks have started wooing you already? |

are you referring to the one on tpm land on the hill? doesn't look that close to us, but if it means better handphone reception then it's a good thing right??  but seriously hope that if it is near, it's not too near and that it doesn't block our views - whatever they may be. 
where i'm staying now is a well developed area but handphone line is crap - have to stand by the window to be able to talk!  |
