1. Developer is right.
2. We tried to warn you, but at that time most of you asked us to keep quiet and go away.
3. Maybe you can buy the land next door, and build something nice there.

regarding ysmn said warning, who you tried to warn? you knowed earlier there is swam over there?
do you mind to tell me are you owner as well?
from developer, they just said will bring up this to management, but they said is very stupid if talk about this subject in meeting.
i also do not know what should we do.
my friend said can complaint to government dpt. or TV3 aduan rakyat. |

Dear all,
Please.... STOP complaining or post something bad of our condo in this OPEN forum. Imaging if you want to sell/rent your unit after completion/in next future, will you be able to get your new buyer easily if he/she can read everything in this forum easily??? Will you be able to sell/rent your unit in GOOD price if we continue post bad news/bad pictures of our condo in this forum??? THINK OF IT!
What I try to mean is we still can continue discuss whatever issue of our condo, but in CLOSE forum. Hope someone can help to decide which website we should go..... or maybe discuss in villapark.my should be more better. Please advise. Thanks.

Hi,
First of all good day to all Villaparkians. I totally agree with hooiwong, infact this is an open forum, any matters discussed can cleary viewed by all the parties so we shouldnt talk bad or post any bad issues regarding our future condo as its going to create a bad impression towards the condo , and most likely it wil cost a depreciation of value of the condo. And you lots will face a very big problem when attempting to sell or rent your respective unit. Please correct me if I am wrong. I am not saying that you can't discuss this matter, but do it in a close forum method whereby the visibility is among villaparkians only.

Those who want to complain and give comment aorund villapark near by environment and facility can attend the briefing.
1. Can we propose to built a road connect to villa pavilion.
2. The Block A facing the pond problem
3. Too many factory be built in bukit serdang.
However I cannot attend the briefing as I got another meeting in my garden. |
