Below statement officially from Villamas... Good new....!!!

The construction is running smoothly and ahead of schedule. We have completed the overall sewerage & drainage work as of october 2009. Keeping up with the pace, it is possible to achieve an overall completion by February 2010 and we are targeting to obtain C.F by June 2010. Wink

Villamas has officially annouced that they are targeting to complete all the physical works on Feb 2010 and Obtaining CF by Jun 10.

wow, good news indeed! I'll need to sit down and think abt what kind of style of design required internally.

Anyone know that the "red iron bar" at the balcony, is it able to remove/replace? Or we need to leave it there since condo want to have standard outlook from external view.

that is the fencing of the windows door cannot be remove. Some unit got the balcony, after the windows door still have some space to stand. Some unit without the balcony only the windows and fencing (red colour bar) ,so is to protect you when open the windows door.

i saw the pictures in the villamas website. Notice they use wired fence. Is that permanent or are they doing to built wall later?
