i'm new here. would like to know whether the villa park has fully sold out? interested to know whether if there is unit available to buy? |

Hi ivy88,
I just went to VillaMas office last friday at Taman SEA,
said the marketing ppl told me... there is still one unit available at ground floor but the price is high.... RM300K.... type X unit...
Why so high???? they said this price is including the all the decoration and furniture exactly display in show unit....

wat's the original price of that unit? it's defnitely much more expensive!! i think those decorations or furnitures (which i saw in the show room last time) shouldn't exceed 60k. |

with rm300k, can opt for landed terrace house.

Me and my hubby most probably will sell our unit as want to move to stay near my sister...if u are interested to buy, mind to send me ur contact number (my email is toochangchin@yahoo.com)? after get the CF and can sold dy, i will contact u again...mine is 1106sqf..at 6th floor...thanks.. |

| Heard someone in that area said, there is another road will build jz beside villapark, due to building of factories beside the highway toward cyberjaya there. Will start 1 or 2 months later. Lets wait and see. |

Izzit the road will link thru Villa Pavilion or at the other sides? |

I saw a lot of ppl starting to post to sell off their unit. Can I know wht is the reason to sell off Villa Park? Is it tht place not so ideal to stay as we hv to go in through the light industrial area and also new factories coming up beside villa park? |

People to let go the unit i think is normal, same to other property. For example, suasana is very good location, good view, when you search for iproperty many units for sale. Why? They just want to get subsales profit.
As you see now only few people posting for sale, is consider very little. If i am not mistaken, there are 350++ units. I can confirm after completed should have around 50units for subsale. They are just property investor.
The location not really bad, the light industrial is not the factor. As you will driving by car. The only concern is the mantainance management. If the maintainance is good, our place will be very peaceful and nice to stay.
As one of my friends stay is BS9 apartment about 5 years. She say this area is very convenient when drive to sungai besi and go to kl. After that she bought another house in BS10 for continue stay in bukit serdang. The area has already got the fund to improve the road of serdang. I believe the near future, this area will be well develop. |

seems like Block A & B building is completed.
without balcony is also a good design, can void all owners from hanging clothes outside.
Will dropby one day to site to look at the road access. |
