Hi all,
Just to share some information with you for estimation complete of Villa Park.
Above is the progress of Villa Pavilion at site and the photo was taken on 6 March 2007. Villa Pavilion get their CF approved on 15 April 2008. It took a total of 13 months between date of photo taken and CF approved. The actual project completion was one and half month earlier than target project completion date by Villamas. Anyhow, assuming that the progress of Villa Pavilion that time is same with the progress of Villa Park now. At the same case, if Villamas still maintaining the speed of progress like Villa Pavilion project, it means that we may able to get our Villa Park CF approved by June 2010.

Thanks hooiwong for ur estimation date of getting CF for our Villa Park.
So means, the project can complete 5 months ahead!!!
Hope Villamas can handover Villa Park to us earlier than the expected completion date. |

(d) the roofing, electrical wiring, plumbing (without fittings), gas piping (if any) and internal telephone trunking and cabling to the said Parcel

but i alredi receive invoice for plumbing & wiring end of April.

my bf also wanna go into the site, but i dun let him. coz is kinda dangerous plus 12 floor le~ i dun think is good to go up to 12 floor...
mayb just ask him go to the first floor and take picture  |

u went there around 4-5pm?
Block B seem like finished painting, but when i went to the behind of the Block B, they still not start paint yet. 
Anyway, hope they still on schedule la.

Abgkuntz,
What level is that? The scenery is so green but some view also looks bushy. Hope the small hut is not permanent there .
I always accidentally capture them bathing. Each time go there also they take bath. Have to edit before post here  . |

i also saw it before, i usually go visit around 3pm-4pm.. the guy half-naked taking bath somemore with long hair, so cool.. seem like rock band |

My friend stayed in V.pavilion told me, last time the v.pavilion was completed early schedule for few months but developer was drag till a month ahead of the completion date only release the keys to owner  . will it be samecase happen to our V.Park.. |

Correct me if I am wrong. Legally after the construction completed, the developer will require to apply for CF (Certificate of Fitness), which mean the local authorities will come over for inspection whether the building is constructed according to by law and all the statutory requirement. Normally, this inspection parties involve PUAS, TNB, BOMBA, INDAHWATER & etc. Therefore, it might take a fews month for developer pass through this process after the construction. |

Yes, usually take few months to obtain CF. I think CF get that time almost the completion date on NOV 2010. 
Anyway be positive  , they still deliver on schedule rather than delay us right? |

Yup! By observing their current progress at site, undoubtedly Villamas is able to early complete and deliver our house.
Anyway, do anyone receive any reply letter or good news after our letter sent out to Villamas pertaining the car park, dryer & etc issue??
Do we need to further follow up with them??  |

I just received a letter from VillaMas with a form to submit the registration TNB on my unit.
It's charge me about RM200 + rm20 construction fee = RM220 |
