hi lueng.. actually i went to villa sales office 2 weeks ago. the sales person told me that there are some units left but most of it are in the upper floor. i told him i dont want upper floor because i'm quite scared of heights...hehehe. anyway, he told me that there is one unit at 4th floor that was booked, but his/her loan has problems. so my husband n i decided to purchase that unit.

i'm aware of that... its just i want to check whether my monthly pmt sounds reasonable since i pay on my own the MRTA and lawyer.

for RM140K +++, i'm paying RM700 ++ .. sound ok or not????... 1st time buyer.

I wasnt aware that most of us here are from Block A. Perhaps I will go through the forum list later.

No specific reason why I choose Block A. I was told by the sales guy that the units left are mostly from Block A

Just to know how is the progress of the new link road to Sg.Besi-Puchong? Is that a 2-way road? I hope it will a 2-way road else we are going to make a long, long turn to our home !

Can we go into Block B to have a look? Perhaps can take some pictures as well

When will get confirmation of the unit released? just for you info, there is buyer-get-buyet scheme, your brothe can get a free aircond if you put him as yoru referer.

They will issue a voucher to your brother when you place down payment. Then you brother can redeem the aircond later upon VP completion.

allanpang, regarding the covered carpark, we just vote for collecting info from the residents before the real commitee formed.... noone knows the additional charges on the maintenance.......

I just realised that we can't add to the quantity for the socket point and phone line point. A bit disappointed cos I was thinking to add a phone line cable or maybe a network port in one of the room.

And information for those who took loans that offered 0 % percent interest during construction, I have received a payment slip from Villamas stating that the interest payment had been made.
