Hello neighbors,

Saw the Sin Chew paper last saturday that the MPSJ will start to develop the 500m link road in April!!! The news mentioned that they should have started building the link road 5 yrs ago but due to the insufficient fund so thatz why pending till now.

KSWS,

Did Sin Chew posted any drawing/map concerning the 500m road? The road has to be parallel to the river/TPM fence.

If we look at the arrangement of traffick flow at the T junction after we cross the "blue bridge" (we cannot go straight to the right anymore!) it's look like that the 500m road is really in the pipeline. Hope that the question is not "would" but "when".

Regards,

AMIR

hi,
Get from the chinese news paper, actually there are few projets being approved to enhance the road system around Sri Kembangan area, one of them is the link road from bukit serdang industry park to bukit jalil expressway.

But with the cost around RM3mil, this only a simple kind of "left in left out" road. There is no flyover built where we can direct access to the opposite direction.

Anyway, these are somethings we can cheer for.. especially when the election is coming.. Very Happy

ckwong, when I bought my unit, they already told us it's only link directly to one side of Bkt Jalil highway only. No flyover, so u have to still use the roundabout at the race course.

Anyway, I noticed that recently there's lots of interest in Serdang or Seri Kembangan area. Looks like it could be the next growth area Very Happy And with the new link, we will have Bkt Jalil!

Haha...I'm also thinking about the same issue - where to get the reliable contractor.

Did you get the upgrade package last time? RM15k for reno & furnitures?

Hi:

I got the free upgrade package when i purchase the unit. The package comes with a covered car park lot already. I would like to propose for security access card to enter the lift lobby. Now the access card is only for main entrance at guard house. The outsider can enter the block after bypass the guardhouse.

Yea, no covered car park.

Propose for covered car is a good idea. Why not we draft a proposal/letter and get everyone to sign it?

The question is how much we are willing to pay? 1k?

i am doubt on the covered card park... is it possible? coz last time i went to visit Villamas apartment in Puchong Jaya there. I found out their individual car park size (all without conver) is quite small. I dont think VP can simply change to convered parking coz it will require bigger parking size.

I don't know building roof for car park require approval from government or not. If it is then we can forget about it already.

I don't think the cost will be so high for the developer to build the roof for car park unless you are talking about those with clay tile roof top. It is very hard if only we 5% of resident asking for it. It will also look weird if only few car park with roof in a row. Laughing

No need to get approval from goverment kua, if after CF issued. Not to say a few in a row ler.. just like make some rows fully covered, and let management to assign accordingly.
