Hi Louise,

That's great! I've not been to the site in ages, it will be good to see the progress. Pls post it up as soon as possible.

Anyway, this is what I wrote previously to Joese:

I think you must first host the pictures elsewhere (example imagebucket or img shack or something like that). From there, insert the link of the pics into this forum. Here are the hosting sites you can try:

..photobucket.com/

or

.://..imageshack.us/

Browse thru to learn the procedure, but basically should be:
1- Get yr pics into your computer
2- Go to above site
3- Upload the files - meaning transfer the files to the hosting site
4- Copy the link given by the site
5- Paste the link in this forum

and you're done.

Louise,

Thanks for those pictures! Seems like progress is moving along.

I think it will be good to go for this weekend's "official" launch. Maybe even meet up with some of the forumers here. But I doubt it will be that easy, though. It's not like we'll be wearing name tags with our forum-nick! Laughing

Anyway, I don't think I'll be able to come this Saturday. So to you guys who do go, pls report back into this topic to keep us updated!

By the way, I've created a new topic

.://..realestate.net.my/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2232

for our friends in Villamas Puchong. Hopefully they can start off a community (like PPDI?) and get a win-win relationship with the Developer. I believe we here will be interested to see a positive relationship there which will hopefully be transferred to our project as well.

Wow, you guys are awfully quiet.

By the way, did you all receive a "Special Invitation" from the developer? It's regarding this weekend's "official" launch of the second block.

Since I'm so free Laughing , I'll paste the gist of it here for you guys (Warning! Some Marketing words up ahead):

Banzai,
Definitely. Nobody does it better... than jesale! Laughing

Louise,
I may try to go tomorrow, but still not sure yet. Worst come to worst, I may go on Sunday instead. Enjoy yourself, you might even win the lucky draw!

Wesley
It seems strange that they are asking you to get a letter as proof. Or do you mean the bank is asking you for the proof? Either way, it sounds messy.

Malaysian,
because last tie when i singed the HL loan agreement, they didn't state there 0% interest during construction, then i scare that bank will ask me to pay the progressive interest if developer didn't pay it. So, i ask a letter as a proof from developer regarding this matter.
Anyway, next weekend i will go site office to take this letter. For those who apply this 0% interest can request such letter also.

Dear all,

I just went to the show unit this morning. I did some count on the remaining units and found that block A is not 80% sold out and block B is about 90% sold out. However, the construsction progress is quite impressive, they are building block B level 7.
Wesley, we dint get the 0% interest during construction letter from HLB as well. Will request for that.

Carine,
Not sure what you mean. In their recent ads, they talk about the 1st block, i.e. Block B as 90% sold out. And that is also what you wrote. But I didn't see them mentioning about Block A (the second block); after all, they just launched it only recently. I think ppl like joese and louise and yourselves got the second block just a few months ago.

By the way, how many % of Block A has been sold so far? I didn't manage to go today. Who else went? Anyone won the lucky draw? Very Happy

Well, just went over to the site. I was quite surprised to see, there were many ppl who turned up for this. Considering how low-key their publicity has been so far, it was surprising.

I counted on Block A (the 2nd block) and looks like about 60% sold. Block B itself I didn't count, but generally the 90% should be quite correct. The developer should try to get themselves in the newspaper write-ups more often, instead of just relying on word of mouth!

I didn't come in time for the lucky draw though. Did anyone here win?

Also, managed to snap some photos, but looks the same as what has been posted already by louise.

Hi neighbours,

For those who already signed the loan agreement, have you received your stamped documents?

I signed it on 10, April 2006. Still waiting for it now. I checked with Michelle on last Saturday, she told me to wait.

Any comments? Crying or Very sad
