Hi all,
Just received call from vincent, Block B all electric is in, contractor can start work once they pay the deposit n submit the form n work plan.

Block A only some got electric.

Vincent will start install the grill for me by next week, anyone ineterested can meet him n have a look at my unit for sample. I let him take as a sample with condition he pay the rm500 deposit for me....hehe by this i got extra rm500 to spend.....

Hi All,

I just make a deal with vincent, he will do everything for me half price. With the deal i rent him my unit for 3 months as show room. He gave me lots of added thing like painting, light n fan installation for free. off-course I must provide him the stuff.

By this, I can only move in the new house by Sep 2008

Hi all.. today would be my 3rd visit to VP, renovation will be start tommorow, so far as what i know regarding the electricity is when the unit had confirm payment, they will connect withing 2 to 3 days for the electric supply.

regarding the sliding windows at yard, i had voice out my concern and the contractor almost start argue wit the HB due to the personnel attitude. (they are like don't want to take responsibility and straight ask us to complaint to HQ). however, they promise us to follow up on this matter and for sure wil give us a better workaround as I told them this may due to the owner's privacy issue.

So far I have seen a few contractors already have the pass including Vincent..keep up the good work..

I checked with Villamas and they said my parking area is not targeted for covered parking. if i want, need to get HB to do it and also get all the other tenants to agree to pay for the covered parking. Can I know who's parking lot is at the side entrance of Block A and wants covered carpark? Mine is number 316.

The covered carpark are targeted for the area in front of Block B only.
