Yes.. i believe the number released by VP supervisor.. where highly demand by these contractor, i guess they will earn some by releasing our number.
I dont think the grill design must be 100%, as long as maintain the concept.

Hi Joese
I dont think the design conflit witht the grill design, this invisble really see nothing from outside. wouldnt not make VP look and feel ROJAK.
For the main door grill, will follow the design. hehe |

FYI, I am the 1st one who do the inspection on 17 April. on 19 April, I found they start repairing the defects....If the whole inspection take about 1 and half month, the inspection will end on 31 May, renovation works done on most unit estimeate another 2 months. Then July is the best month to move in..... |

Hi Guys,
I just came back from outstation.
Notice they charge me interest for late payment from bank, and i think this is the bank's fault for the late payment.
Anyone has encountered such situation? Anyone has any idea how to deal with this? |

As for the CF, we already got CF for the place. When I collected the keys last week, VM gave the keys together with CF from Majlis Perbandaran Subang Jaya dated 04/04/2008!!
As for connection of water and electricity for vacant possession, there are a few conflicting court cases on the matter, some say need to connect some say connection to the main is enough, not to the individual unit.
But the latest case from the Federal Court if I'm not mistaken ( I'll give the case name later this afternoon) say it must be connected to the individual unit before vacant possession is given. I'm not sure whether VM is aware of this case or not.
Regards,
MMW |

Hi MMW,

The court cases concerned other delay housing project. NOT VP. Our project is delivered well within time (36months). Kudos for VM!!. I am doing my master in law at UM at this time. My project paper is "Non delivery of Vacant Possession in contracted time by the Developer; the Purchaser's remedy".
So among the issues that i look into in writing the paper is the meaning of vacant possession. So I have to study some cases on vacant possession including whether vacant possession must include connection of water and electricity . That's when I find out that in the latest court decision vacant possession include connection of water and electricity to the individual unit.

Same case for me but mine is pbb. VM lawyer actually acknowledged receipt (last fri), but vm havent get the cheque (this Mon) & not allow me to collect the letter clearance the next day. I called up their lawyer & get them to call vm to prove of the receipt Finally i got the letter yesterday U really need to push them for faster processing..
Anyone decided to install a sliding aluminium window @ yard area? My friend call HB regarding the installation & they not allow her to do so. Need to submit form for approval. HB mentioned no sliding window installation is allow at this moment. Therefore, i call vm regarding this & the answer is we as the owner need to gather voice(s) for this matter.. if only 1 or 2 unit, they wont entertain..
If they really not allow us to install the window, rain water will splash into the yard How to turn the yard to wet kitchen |
