fyi..final bill released to bank from developer yesterday...takes about 5 days to process for those under hong leong housing loan... so is expect around next week only we can settle verything..
source from HLB loan center Taman Sea.

We can only get the keys after our banker release the $$ to developer??
All the while i thought we can get the keys once we received the letter Confused

How much is the total of Item 1 + Item 2??

how about sbb/cimb ? did villamas has released the bill ?

so this means, once get the key, we can move in already right? in case if there's no faulty la ..

but need to install grill and lighting first .. after they have repair all the faulty .. Cool

the key need to get the final loan released, once released, developer will schedule time with u for the payment i listed earlier and give u the released letter for your unit, then u go back to VP and talk to management to proceed with key handover and unit inspection.

I think all the bill had been send to bank yesterday..u may check with your bank..

i also just rec the letter from VM yesterday, soooo excited. Very Happy

Payment for everything have to pay to VM and HB is about RM800.

Going to call the bank later to check whether payment has been made or not.

anybody take the Hong Leong 0% interest during construction loan? just wanna know when does the full loan will start?
i call VP, they said they haven't received any billing from HL yet... maybe next week...

Just wondering why we need to pay twice RM10 for water connection fee (1st RM10 pay @ VM office & another RM10 pay @ VP management office). Isn't the same thing? Why pay twice? Idea

and also, is this the time we should pay out for stages below??
5(a) Expiry of 6 month from date of vacant possesion
5(b) Expiry of 18 from date of vacant prossession

I thougth these shall be paid after 6 and 18 months.... Rolling Eyes

b. such possession shall no give you the right to occupy and you shall not occupy the said property until such time as the CF for occupation for the parcel is issued ???

agreed. and also i understand that we have to pay extra 10% per annum for the maintenance fee if we dont settle the payment (as in the list given) within 14 days from the date we receive the letter. how can it be like that? they only submit the invoice to the bank latest yesterday and it takes about one week for the bank to process/release the payment.. haiya, mana sempat to settle everything in 14 days? correct me if i'm wrong on this.

i believe that most of us is the first time house buyer.. so, we really need to help each other to make sure that we're not being cheated or what-so-ever..

wenq80: PBB also curious on that. PBB told me that VM should bill stage 4 in last stage instead of stage 3 &5.

Anyhow, my fren which work in lawyer firm said that this is standard so it's doenst matter.

Dyno: My bank not yet receive the billing/invoice from VM so they cant take any action. some more 14 days payment due from the Invoice date which is on 18/4/08, dont think enough time for bank to process the payment

I just called VM this morning, according to them they just invoice the bank. Meaning the bank need a few days to process in order to disburse the loan. I am not sure how true it is. Still possible to get everything done in 14 days?

14 days from the date of the letter (mine is 4/4 but received it on 9/4).. so i guess the date for the payment will be before/on 18/4. today is already 11/4.. haha.. 7 days to go.. Smile

I still didnt receive the letter,can somebody share with me the detail of letter?
Fyi i just called developer about the letter,they told me i should receive two letter one from developer and another one from building maintenance within this week.

Anybody here already receive both letter?
