i think one new electric point should be RM50-70, aircon point for RM150, and installation of one light about RM10-15. last i paid water-heater wiring (exc installation of eqpmt) RM90.
services dont come cheap, so for me, i'd do as much as i can myself, so time to learn proper plastering / concealing techniques!
as for the RM80k selling price, did anyone check the validity? i went to the site and they didnt even bother using the actual pics, only one pic taken from the VP website of their show-house. |

Called the developer a few days ago, they said key will hand-over before April. Not sure how true it is... |

Hi all,
Just to inform that the 300m link road has opened. Went to VP last Sunday through the link road.
The car park has been painted, but I think it is a little bit narrow. For proton and perodua car ok la but for bigger vehicles like Accord, Civic, Camry, most MPV and lorries you may have problem to get out of your vehicles.
Regards,
MMW |

Hi hyunckel,
Welcome. From 'rumour', only a few early birds got the limited covered car park. I didn't see the covered car park on my last visit to the site..... anyone know where is it? _________________ EnJoy liFe always..... |

Gong Hey Fatt Choy to all Chinese celebrating and Happy Chap Goh Mei.
I was there last Sat but didn't go in. From what I saw outside the apmt; everything looks clean and ready for occupation. Saw some clothes hanging in the clubhouse; suspect some workers are still staying there.
I took a few pictures; went back and enlarge them on my PC and saw the Type C unit in Block B; there's some bad paint job outside the balcony, near where the exposed pipe is.
After that, I left to go to TPM and I used the new link road... It's just a 2-way road with emergency lane at the side. I would say it's sufficient for us to exit the area to go towards Sunway or make a u-turn at the TPM flyover. |

Hi all,
Belated Happy Chinese New Year!
Does anyone have any idea when they'll be handing over our keys? I haven't gotten any notifications from villamas in a long time!
Another question is, has villamas sent any letters about needing to pay additional maintenance charges for our carpark bays? Apparently this is what they are doing to the villa park residents (like I said, haven't gotten any notices from them so have no idea about what's really happening). |

Ya lo, I don't see the covered car park also.
Is there any changes to the maintenance fee? Is it 14 cents per sqf right?
My friend said his S&P stated 23 cents? _________________ EnJoy liFe always..... |

Hi..im the early bird batch buyer. I got the letter (in year 2005) from VP saying that i can get free use of a covered car park. But i dont even see the covered car park in VP.
My S&P stated maintenance fee 17 cents per sf. Why came out so many types of maintenance fee? |

For us should be 17 cents. Not sure for new buyer. The developer even charge Villa Park's owner for the car park maintenance fee. Hope it doesn't happen to us. _________________ EnJoy liFe always..... |
