Good day to you all,

I'm urgently looking for landed/apartment under below conditions:
1) Must be within Petaling Jaya
2) Freehold
3) Value between RM200k to RM250K
4) Don't mind if second hand but prefer good maintenance

I know it's quite hard to find within these conditions but please help.

Yes, new projects is good but i don't prefer Puchong as i'm staying there currently.

try park 51, im not sure where this project located. as i remember its in sungai way pj near federal highway. very good investment for tenant too.

price not sure. if you interested i can recommend my realty agent he can arrange special tour.

but u need urgently, the project still under-con may be 2-3 years later to stay.. Laughing
