Hi there,

We have just purchased a house in USJ and we are currently looking for the best loan package available to suit our needs. As we are very new to this, I really want to see what are my available options and not end up committing to something which is not what I am looking for

2 storey house in USJ
Price: 298k

I am looking for:
90% financing
ZEC
MRTA inclusive
Lowest total payment and flexibility of paying more (without penalty charges) to reduce principal

Also, would appreciate advice on comparison of Fixed Loan and Flexible Loan. How risky is taking a Flexible Loan. So far the banks I approach all give me their package which are BLR rates so I assume these are all Flexible Loan.
