I have been browsing the various articles in this web-site and what struck me as major sources of unhappiness are the renovation works being carried out for the property owners.
Other problems with movers and packers as well as developers may also exist.
So, I am suggesting that the service provider be rated with a rating system of say, 1 to 5.
1 being very good
2 being good
3 being satisfactory
4 being unsatisfactory
5 being downright unsatisfactory
This rating system can also be used for any other service providers under the sun! With this rating system, such unsatisfactory service providers can be avoided.
It's time the people who pay them be given some control over them!
