Seems like the size already good enough for me.

But will it to hot when the sun shine on the whole afternoon to evening?

Yes, you definitely need to bear with this, but u have nice sunset view. Have you guys check out the colorful sky in the dusk? I am fall in love with that...
There is a type of paint (clear lacquer) for you to apply internally to the west facing wall which can help to cut off the UV generated by west sunshine, will inform you guys once i got the info from the supplier.
West facing window are easily to tint it, so many brand in the market.
By the way, you won't believe it, they have sold more that 100 units within this soft launching 2 months + period, 2nd block opening soon.

Wow~! You certainly an expert on all these and well-prepared for the sunshine in order to enjoy the view.
I got the unit facing the other side, which means KL view.
Is it also a good choice or is totally bad? confuse.......
