I also visited the show house before the launch of phase 2. My concerms with the this project is that it is situated next to a apartment and there is only one entrance which has to pass in front of the apartment. If there is an alternative exit out of the housing area instead of going through the entire length of Sungai Long main road, then it would be a good investment.

i saw another road on the left after the exit from the house.
i wonder where that leads to.
u mean it will be very congested because of many people from the apartments?
my father likes it very much because of the cheaper price compared to other semi-d in the area and nearby areas.
what do u think of the price? is it really considered cheap for a semi-d in this area? |

I am not sure if that road lead to anywhere at the moment. I asked the staff from the developer and they cannot tell if that road will be another exit from that place.
Yes, the price is very attractive for this property compared to similar property in other location. It is designed for large familiar who need spaces inside and outside the house. I think if the other road become another exit road in future, then the price of this property will goes up steadily. It is definitely a steal if you compared it to the semi-D in Twin Palms.
So, which lot have you booked? I just wanted to gauge the respond to phase 2a.

We booked the one facing south.
They will be launching 2 rows only next month...one facing north, one facing south.
I think it is about 5 or 6 units from the entrance of that row.
Yeah, i think the price is quite attractive for this size.
And the design is quite modern.
The layout is good for us, too. |
