Hi, I am new in this forum. And I am looking forward to buy my first house (2nd hand) somewhere near Taman Connaught and Taman Taynton View. Can anybody tell me what is the estimated market rate for 22 x 75 double storey house at Tmn Tayton View; freehold; bout 12 years old. And also what is the prospect of the price increasing in the near future (mayb in 10 yrs ) with all the new highways being constructed alleviating the jam problem there.
PS: Anybody know which housing loan is good???
