I bought a property in Somerset Ville, Ukay Perdana [a Talam project] in Aug 2004. Due date is Aug 2006. The project is delayed and only earthwork has been done.

I have now no confidence in this company. I would like to terminate the contract. Who should I go to and what actions can I take? I really appreciate an answer. Has anyone else bought a Talam property and what actions have been taken?
Someone mentioned a Tribunal; can I have a contact no. Thanks
