Hi Shawn..our project is near batu caves, if you from kepong just follow the mmr2 heading towards batu caves and when u come to the selaYang interchange, keep left as u head towards batu caves,and u wil see medan selayAng on your left,next to sri gothong apt. Our project is behind the medan selayang shop lot. or do u know qiu pin Chinese primary school?
is jus behind there.
Yes you are right , we just had our soft launch
there are 4 type of design , 950sqf, 1246sqf ,863sqf and 879sqf

Hi alfred ! so basically we have 4 type of design. there are 863sqf,879sqf,950sqf and 1246sqf. so price is different.

Hi no problem, for current , there is no other info on the web because it is jus our soft launch. so during this time, we offer a 10% rebate ,free loan agreement and S&P . Just a rm500 booking and u can own a house. This package jus for first 100 buyer. so if u need further info , we can make appointment and explain detaily.. thank a lot |

The Developer is Daya Niaga which is under Hua Yang Berhad. Exclusive marketing agent is SK Brothers and Sam is one of the PIC.
Hua Yang Bhd website = ..huayang.com.my
However, this project is not updated in their website yet. If you need to know where is the actual location, please refer to Medan Selayang. The project is near to that unit.

Me & my wife just booked one unit last weekend. Now we're working on the loan with Maybank. We have taken the last unit of Type C which was selling @ RM280,000+ & after discount RM258,500.
Anyone else has booked with Symphony Heights ?
