Was driving back to my house and passby this billboard at MRR2.

A new project at Melawati by Sunway.
Anyone has any information on it ?
I called the Sunway ppl and they only registered me.
They also invite me to view their scale model.
Anyone staying nearby melawati that has viewed their plans?

According to their sales people, it consist of 20 bungalow price fr 2.6mil and above and 50 Semi-D price fr 1.2mil. Is limited unit. Soft launch will be 25/10/08. Our bank will emplace this project, so will post up more info soon.

went to their sales gallery at melawati.
holy cow..so many ppl there...i reached around
2pm or so....already 12 units sold out of a total of 40 units.
really good deal for early bird and registrants.
10% rebate and additional 3% if you have purchased
sunway properties before...
very good concept as well..from what i gather

- low density..5/acre
- 36mths DLP
- fuly aircon w/aircon and piping
- ensuite for all bedrooms
- low maintenance fees
- hot water for master bath and junior suite
- home alarm system ; ala panic button, intercom etc.
- water heater
- specially designed garden and roads.
- free kitchen cabinet
- foc maintenance/SPA
and the killer moves..no progressive interest during construction...
all bear by the developer...
in fact i heard a lot of melawatians complain about other projects i.e. riverview on the floorplan and 2- trees on the design..
i booked the a unit b-19 at RM2.5mil after rebate around 2.1mil.
