hello,

is it possible to sell my under construction condo which I bought last year from developer.

The unit is still under construction.

20 - 30 % completed i guess.

I f yes how do i go from there?

Any answers is much appreciated. Thank you.

what you need to do is just look for the buyer..then just find the lawyer to do the S&P.

You cannot just sell it. Pls look at your S&P with the Dev. You need thier consent as you are not the owner of the Property yet...as it is only 30% completed.
