Hi, I wish to buy a unit which is a leasehold townhouse with strata tile, the strata title is ready but the Bumi owner has not collected it yet, now he wants to sell it to me, a non-bumi, is it possible? If it is possible, after I buy this unit, and transfer the strata title to my name, can I then resell it to non-bumi?

If it is a bumiputra unit the strata title should say so. Check the master title as well.

If bumi unit usually goes back to bumi. Unless you know someone inside. i used to have a customer indian buys from malay. He has a major issue but somehow inside job. It was done and developers look at b&w.
