Hi All,
There must be a trick in getting the right agent in KL. I have been contact few agent in KL and so far nobody call back, return call, nor follow up.
I am sure I have called a most of the wrong agents.
Do let me know if any agent that is keen to help. Basically I am looking for a piece of investment here the places that I mentioned.

Nope. You asked them the wrong questions. Therefore, they didn't call you back.

Agents are paid(by the vendor) to sell the property. Agents are not paid to give advice(especially to the purchaser).
You need to engage(pay) a valuer / market researcher for the information that you need.
If you want free(& naturally sub standard) advice, try your luck on this forum.

Dear RR, Thanks for your advice to me, it does help a lot!
What is the normal process in buying a property (re-sell) in KL?
That means, the normal way of KL people buy resell property, maybe this could help me to visualize it clearer.

consider buying at areas where rental demand is there, near school, hospitals etc...
