HI,
I have purchased a property priced RM 240k. Recently the strata title has been issued. I have two quotations here for the transfer of property and perfection of charge.
1. Lawyer for the transfer of property
M800-00 being legal fees and disbursement
2. Lawyer for the perfection of charge
Charge document: RM 300
5% government tax: RM 15
Purchase of standard bank documents: RM 250
Stamping fees on charge and facility agt: RM 80
Registration charge with land office: RM 120
Transport charge: RM 150
Michellaneous: RM 50
Total: RM 965
Appreciate if someone can provide me some advice about the fees.
