Anyone heard of this project? Any comments?
Total 600+ units, Lease hold property. Land size ard 6-7 acres.

eh plenty of places and developments to shout about mah,
 especially those Puchong fellas that bought the props near Kampung Broga, or the Sri Petaling where the new flyover is proposed! Those ppl have PLENTY TO SHOUT ABOUT LAH! |

| Wat lau eh. If i am not mistaken that place is just opposite PJ Hilton. If you like to stay near the highway why not? but for me i prefer somewhere more quiet so that i can rest after a day's work. |

Hey buddy,
PJSterling is not located opposite PJ hilton but in kelana jaya. Very near to kelana mahkota, kelana puteri/putera. |

| Sterling developer is same for Kelana Puteri, D'Putera & Mahkota. Talk to owners and most will tell u not to go near their projects. If I am rite, they don't even have a website! Very complacent attitude. |

what makes u say so? of coz many ppl will complain. developers are basically all the same bunch of ppl...
however, SMI (develoepr of sterling, and yes the developer of mahkota, putera and puteri) have handed over their projects on time. Mahkota was handed over approx 3-6 mth be4 due date.
SMI has a website.. trying looking it out first be4 commenting....
So far, sterling is the first high end condo that SMI is developing. Mahkota, putera and puteri is no where near the finishing and design of sterling. But even if u visit those developments, u will find out that the area is properly maintained and is clean oftenly.
Sterling has 3 designs... chester (1200++ sq ft) all sold out, belmont (1400++ sq ft) approx 50% sold off and ashford (1900++sq ft) approx 40-50% sold out... |

| U mean the sterlingpj.com thingy? That's becoz they cant sell off the balance units. Do u know what's happening at D'Putera? The Resident Assoc has asked for the audited accounts since 2004. No reply. Finally they only showed a 15 month dubious looking set, showing over 120k spent. Asked for details, replied on maintenance. To 'scare' the RA they got lawyer to sue the RA. To cut it short, if u are a Sterling or any apt/condo owner, join the RA and SUPPORT it! Don't be the 90% owners who only 'stand outside' and complain. I know I am. |

Anyhow.. i'm planning to join the RA...
"audited accounts since 2004" - if u mean the coy audited accounts, u can always get it from Bursa Malaysia or even from ROC... |
