The place definitely looks great but car parking is a big problem! It has one of the highest rates in the area. The car park operator Excel Parking engaged by the developer is charging the following rates: -

1. Outdoor reserved parking - RM 126 /month (average RM 5.70 per day when you can still get RM 3.00 flat in KL CBD!) The funny thing is that the parking bays are located along Jalan SS7/13 A. If it is a public road, how come a private company gets to collect parking fees. What is MBPJ doing?

2. Indoor reserved parking - RM 210 / month (average RM 9.50 per day Shocked )

We should only buy shop office that come with car park bays or else we will be at the mercy of these people!

very nice place, cool environment. but the problem is will shoppers come to our place? with these car park issue? any free car park to visitor?
