Looking to invest in commercial properties, went to the sales office last week, is Southgate a gd investment?

Heard that they are offering 5-95 package & free interest upon completion for office suites now which is quite affortable

Just pay around RM 20k downpayment & no need to worries anything until the project completes in 2 years time

Anyone can give me more suggestion on this project?

Thanks

There is still a shortage supply of Grd A office in KL according to Knight Frank report 1 Qtr 2009, so i beleive that Southgate will be a gd investment.

Besides, there is no other Grd A building around it, the nearest will have to be at Jln Tun Razak wic is 15-20 min away during office hour (traffic jam)

Southgate is surrounded by run down shoplots and workshop... Grd A office @ that area... looks funny for me. Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

Even though the location is quite strategic but it is not very accessible for me... from Sg Besi, ppl need to make a U turn at the flyover which got some distance from Southgate... traffic jam somemore... Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad

Anyway, just my RM0.02....
